Bill Kristol puts Israel at the center of World Affairs:
What Eric Hoffer wrote in 1968 seems even truer today: “I have a premonition that will not leave me; as it goes with Israel, so will it go with all of us. Should Israel perish, the holocaust will be upon us.”
I wish he'd explain that. Does he mean that everyone is at war until Israel is at peace? Something else?
Others say it is a distortion to give the I/P conflict such notice, a way to reward the Palestinian propaganda machine, they say.
