Loose Cannon Clinton Slams into Mainstay

IDIOTIC STATEMENTS SEIZE NEWS CYCLE, HIGHLIGHT DEM PARTY WEAKNESS

Her crazed statements about gender and now about recognizing voters are splashed across the headlines. Poor campaign Obama goes another week without being able to set the tone or content of the debate, even after having clinched a decisive victory on Tuesday, including whatever the heck happens with Florida and Michigan.

FRENZIED CLINTON FORGETS THAT DEM PRIMARY VOTERS ONLY 4/5TH TO START ...

In her zeal to bring the Democratic Party as much electoral success, at this point, as Geraldine Ferraro, who was also on the horn at FOX making bizarre statements, Clinton vowed to take the fight to seat Florida all the way to the convention.

"Let the Eagle Soar ...!"
She forgot to tell her audience about the superdelegates, who are 1/5th of the vote. Supers vote any way they want, so that means the average joe is worth only 4/5th of a vote.

What's even more embarrassing for Hillary is that she's intimated that even pledged delegates can switch, if they want to.

TAKING IT PUBLIC IS A BAD IDEA, RAISING TRUST ISSUES ABOUT DEMOCRATS IS EVEN WORSE ...

This rules-dispute should be settled quietly and dispassionately at the level of party, not out in the public by warring candidates.

To do so is obviously bad for the party, as the above makes clear.

But this is even worse:

"If we fail to do so, I worry that we will pay not only a moral cost, but a political cost as well," she said. "We know the road to a Democratic White House runs right through Florida and Michigan. If we care about winning those states in November, we need to count your votes now. If Democrats send a message that we don't fully value your votes, we know Sen. McCain and the Republicans will be more than happy to have them. The Republicans will make a simple and compelling argument: why should Florida and Michigan voters trust the Democratic Party to look out for you when they won't even listen to you."

Read the whole bizarrely fought lament. Not a single effort to put any blame for the situation on the Florida Republicans, who moved the vote date forward. It's all the DNC's fault ...
