Update: Oregon turnout looking better than projected, but not as strong as Kentucky (!). Obama may net up to 115K votes from state.
Update2: 1:30 a.m. PST, Oregon server crashes or goes down for maintenance ....
Update3: 5:00 am PST, server back up with "Election Results not available at this time"
