SuperDay+14: Crafty Clintons Buy Time to Bring Back "Popular Vote" Argument

THE UNHOLY TRIO - MERCY ON US

I'm looking at the inaptly titled "popular vote" tally, done by RCP.

Hillary could pick up 100,000-120,000 votes from 25%-30% margin win in WV (maybe more, if they start pounding 'the media' for counting nice, hard-working, white people like them out...). Another 125K in KY and OR will not settle it, as Obama hopes, even with margins greater than 10%.

THE GATHERING STORM

What's the bet that, despite saying nice things to calm people down now, they are going to be right back at it with the unholy trio:

1. "Popular vote",
2. "Republican rules", and
3. "Florida and Michigan all the way or bust"

I'd say bet on it. And that May 20th is just the beginning ... In fact, in four days, Hillary will start saying that she is winning again...

Readers here will remember that there is simply no such thing as a "popular vote" in a primary season, just the "aggregate vote". It's not like a general election - each state mixes and matches who can participate, creating apples-to-oranges tallies and caucus states are 'estimated', at best.
