After inventing an imaginary friend for himself called gay-friendly conservatism, poor Jamie hasn't stopped. Now he has an enemy, and it's "liberal homophobia".
That formulation isn't going to make it to home plate.
There is nothing liberal about homophobia, but there is plenty that is conservative about it (heck we'd likely still be criminals, if conservatism had its way, right?).
Bill Richardson makes Jamie's list. Knowing that, does one really even need to read the rest?
Update: Oh and, I would reject totally the label of "liberal hawk". If one reads General Odierno's latest, the military and the Administration are now almost exactly where idealistic-realistic liberals were in 2002.
On that score, the "incompetence dodge" criticism is off-the-mark, but also because "incompetence" is seldom taken to be sufficiently all-encompassing: Bush-Rumsfeld-Cheney had the wrong conceptualization of the entire effort, including the GWOT, and this created many, if not most, of the major problems that crippled the Iraqi effort. Even today, JK is guilty of the same, suggesting that go-get-'em is all that is required (and what MY lacks), $700 billion dollars later ...
