Mike Huckabee - 9/11 Not "Act of War"

Speaking on Hannity's show, former Reverand Mike Huckabee said that he wanted to be very clear that 9.11 was an intensional act of "murder" and not an "act of war".

That'll be news to the rest of the GOP, who accepted "war" as an apt description of the challenge the nation faced from al-qa'ida.

Recall that the Taliban were gone faster than Rumsfeld could even capture them, including Osama at Tora Bora; and any sensible application of the concept of "war" probably went with them, into the hills, within weeks of the attacks.

I wonder what McCain thinks. With luck, these comments will keep Huckabee off the ticket.

HANNITY PRIESTHOOD EDICT - WRIGHT MUST REPENT!

Apparently, any minister who doesn't believe, as does Dick Morris, that every act of the USA is blessed by God must needs "repent".

Donning his mitre, Hannity cordially tells us that "repentance" is from the Latin, to change your heart.

To which one can only say, "Holy shit!"
