True or false: the Obama campaign has been unable to drive the news cycle in any of the last six weeks.
There is a lot coming at them, there are a lot of moving parts, so who can pass harsh judgment, really.
Still, I have this lingering sense that they need to augment the team, not replace it. I don't know who Obama "strategizes" with on a regular basis, who he knocks ideas off of with the utmost confidence; but I get the sense that he needs more able helpers around him.
Here's a simple question. Has he replaced Sam Powers? Why or why not?
