Ol' John is a pensioner. He's receiving just under $60K - totally non-taxable - from the Navy each year, in addition to his salary as a Senator. For some reason unknown to me, he's also getting Social Security of just under $25K per year...

Remember that misty-eyed trip McCain took to his Episcopal High School? In spite of his glowing memories of the place (and their memories of him as a "Punk"), he hasn't given them any money from the family foundation. Walnuts! is not without stagecraft, apparently.
