Food Porn

Homemade Yee Mein (saucy noodles):

This dish is easy to customize and is the nearest thing to Chinese comfort food I can think of, off the top of my head.

You can make-to-suit with this dish quite a lot! I don't tell anyone, but I use Udon noodles (horrors!), because they are soft and seem to soak up the sauce nicely (they also come in nifty packages, so you can know exactly how many noodles you are making).

We are lucky to be located very near to an excellent (and large) Asian grocery store.
