Somehow I find this not plausible.
Richardson could have endorsed Hillary before Texas (he talked about endorsing someone). He could have endorsed Hillary when he withdrew. He could have endorsed HRC after the super-bowl.
BC seems to be the only one to read from this that BR wasn't actively considering, still, who to endorse, if at all.

Doesn't BC realize that everytime, now, that HRC goes over the line with the kitchen-sink strategy or comes close to it, Obama has picked up a Senatorial endorsement? First Dodd (after Geraldine and the Ohio stuff). Then Richardson (after HRC started in on Wright), among some others.
You cannot spoil for a fight and then cry foul...
