The British have already tried and put in jail some who made attacks after 9-11, yet the Bush-Cheney crew are barely getting started with trials, in the last 300 days of their terms.
Is the idea to dump the possibility of acquittals onto the next Administration, because of how badly they may have screwed up even the military commissions?
Who could say it is not a reasonable doubt to harbor? Seriously.
