Always a lightweight

Bereft, AS has nothing left to do except attack transfolk (even crudely, after-the-fact of ENDA-lite passage), repeating the age-old and wholly offensive attack of the enemies of the community:

What do I have in common with a guy who wants to remove his willy, grow breasts, become a woman and get married to a man? {AS apparently agreeing with his reader latest enabler}

How does one walk upright after repeating such ... sickness of mind?

Barney, these are your friends - look around at what you have unleashed! They all say they are going to fight for transrights, then they repeat stuff like this, in forums read by millions per month. Wake up, Congressman! {It's on days like this, that I grow sick and weary of writing this blog}

AS now apparently agrees with Ahmadi-Nejad:

I don't really believe there is even a "gay and lesbian community" as such. -AS, November 9, 2007

ruh-roh, sounds like dipping into the "queer theory" bin, for expediency, adding:

... being a gay man and being a lesbian are often experientially more different ...

The transcendent queer, defined:

That's why I don't use the term LGBT. It's crude and dumb and as ideologically loaded ... -AS

Is it any wonder - any? - that no efficacious political movement for civil rights could ever come out of the Right?

Next, AS will no doubt shift to an essay on "our" finest hour, when "we" were all ... subject to "terror" - that, that, is "real" and not "misleading", to him, I guess.

Why is it not odd to find "community" - language, even - so ... clearly unclear in some people's hands?
