Meanwhile, the Republicans continue to turn all these issues into an indictment of the Congress.
So far, the fact that the Democrats are actually *doing* a lot with their time in Congress while the Republicans block at almost every pass (or fail, as they did on S-Chip and Immigration) isn't registering in the opinion polls.
