For those who don't do - or care to do - the infinite-loop, beltway-socio-metrics with gusto, it turns out that HRC Pres Joe Solomenese licked envelopes for Congressman Barney Frank in Attleboro, years ago (1990). (I suppose I should have known that because it is in Wikipedia).
So, that leaves the question: Is he still doing it?
