It's a long time since David lost his way, but now's the time for a liberal vision of the future that doesn't include "Islamofascism Awareness Week".
Indeed, who among us needs another lesson in the depravity of al-qa'ida, etc.? Who still doesn't cringe in embarrassment every time the GOP Head trots out the "Caliphate Dreams and Al-Andalus Wishes" shtick?
STAY CALM, MAKE PREPARATIONS
Liberals need to set a vision that takes up where the GOP has failed so miserably under the leadership of Bush-Cheney, Rumsfeld, the intellectually bankrupt "neo-cons", and the R-ubberstamps in the Senate.
I propose:
"Global Counter-Insurgency Week".
