This is either a real problem or becoming one at CNN (see below from Media Matters). I noted something similar, as a correspondent on the Silver Surfer's 360 show said something like, "Bush wants S-Chip, just not as much money as Democrats want", totally ignoring that the bill was passed on a significant bi-partisan vote in both House and Senate.
