Amendment 62 - Latest Colorado Sharia Law

DEFINING AWAY FREEDOM OF CONSCIENCE IN AMERICA

Religious Freedom tossed aside in Colorado, with the radical attempt to outlaw all abortion, Amendment 62, to be voted on tomorrow:

An amendment to the Colorado Constitution applying the term 'person' as used in those provisions of the Colorado Constitution relating to inalienable rights, equality of justice and due process of law, to every human being from the beginning of the biological development of that human being.

Of course, if you have a religious view - yes, religious view - that a bunch of cells are not a 'human being', then you are ... "unconstitutional"?

What if one has a different 'biological opinion' about what kind of agency defines "human being"?

And, what about the practical impact of such a statement on family law? Can a child assert "due process laws" against a parent? What does "custody" mean, if a child has "inalienable rights" that presumably are absolute?
