AS and Ross don't consider that the GOP rejected McCain for evangelical Bush and will do so again, because Hucakbee is arguably the evangelical that they wanted (or so they will 'hope' to themselves).
As such, they might consider, despite the McCain die-hards in NH, whether it would be better put, Huckabee-McCain ... [I don't think McCain would campaign with Huckabee, but that's the ordering].
