Kristol apparently called for an investigation of the NYTimes, the disreputable rag that is now going to pay him.
One wonders if he did the same for FOX, when they compromised operational security, alerting jihadi websites, with their reports of the Osama tape, presumably based on their inside track to the Pentagon...
After all, Kristol views the pentagon papers release as a prosecutable offense, as well. Clearly, that didn't put national security quite at risk in the way FOX did, with specific operational consequences.
