'Shocking' News from Harvard

Paid psychologists up at Harvard are having "pairs" (couples?) shock each other.

Turns out play pain isn't the same as the "real" thing:

Scientists have found that pain hurts more if we think it is meant.

Researchers at Harvard University studied 48 pairs of people.


Phew! At least that's settled.

I wonder what rule(s) of thumb come out of this study ...?
