How many other FOX Contributors have refused a Congressional subpeona?
Are they trying to make Karl "likeable" enough that people get incensed if/when he gets indicted?

Some minimum amount of further investigation seems in order. At a minimum, FOX should be asking questions of Rove, not courting him as a 'contributor', right?
