Citizen Chris has some thoughtful observations about inherent bias in the HRC's questionnaire, even though all questionnaires probably have some inherent bias. I want to look more closely at the questions, to see how one might have ideally re-written them. Why?
Because, 'the bias' partly exists in relation to the overall beltway approach to what the challenge to civil rights for homosexuals is all about, focusing as it does, perhaps too much on this-or-that candidate and this-or-that piece of legislation.
