He's published his list of earmarks.
Who, but a few who won't talk, know all the "debate" - translate backscratching - that goes on among Senators, as to who gets money for their home-state projects ... and how ...
But this reply, that the public has no right to know what the ruling class agrees to in the chambers of their officials:
"All of her [Senator Clinton's] requests have been considered as part of the legislative process and were subject to debate and accountability. [gulp!] She has made public the funding she has helped to secure and will make public the requests she submits this year."
All I can say is, "Shine the light. Shine the light."

The Senate belongs to the people, not to dole out dollars to pander or protect incumbencies.
