I think there is a building in Abu Dhabi that has two small buildings on either side of a short and stout tower, if you're looking for all the equipment.
Meanwhile, it's hard to tell from 2,000 feet, but it looks like San Deigo wins, because it appears to be - what is AS's phrase - not mutilated. A veritable pleasure dome.
Update: This isn't the one I had in mind, but it'll do.
