(Skim the NSA reports for lurid details of the totally heterosexual encounters their investigation found with "Lady Zorro".)
As for the legacy and harm of the Bush Administration, much can be said. I think his refusal to get rid of DADT has to rank fairly high. He doesn't have to face the electorate again, so he could do something, if he wanted. Laura Bush, ever the perfect political wife, appears to have put no pressure, either.
