Resisting

Anything that is ticking off the domestic economic left can't be all bad. -AS


LOL. So predictable.

Half of the time gleeful just to be stirring things up for the sake of it. (see above)

The other half of the time defending the 'conservative orthodoxy' clique, on an unprincipled basis, even, sometimes.

One could see Hegel as a "liberal", or one could see him as having exposed "Conservatism" for the chimera that it is.

"Liberals" should pick up the recent book by Columbia Professor David Cannadine on Mellon, rather than waste time/money on another book from the right about how the depression was so terribly 'misunderstood'. As if.
