No Guaranteed Candidates

Obama doesn’t have negatives, but he also ... -A.B. Stoddard

This is the kind of stuff that AS thinks is true ...

The Clinton's aren't "smart", AS's cries. Are you serious with this? One guesses AS might be, because he's still playing the victim of Bill Clinton's Presidency ...

DON'T KNOW OBAMA - NOT a recipe for easy victory or assured electability

Meanwhile, reading AS one might think that Republicans (and conservatives) are going to vote for Obama en masse to bring him to the White House.

However, at this late date, in Ohio, those with no opinion, the don't-know-him crowd are still way up there, in the 20% range. Obama enjoys a razor thin margin among registered GOP voters over Clinton - his "favorables" are higher, but they don't say they will vote for him in the same numbers:

                                                                        WtBrnAgn

THE IRAQ WAR

If Iraq is "violence stable", ahem, which is how it is being portrayed now, then the GOP nominee is going to be running by saying that Iraq was a 'good move for U.S. security', still. It's not clear how that plays against Democrats who voted for the AUMF ... It may simply imply that 'Iraq' is not in the one or two deciding issues.
